We want Stage Flow to earn its place in your planning. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will help you through it.

What happens to your plan

If a refund is granted, your subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan. Lessons you have already created remain available, subject to Free plan features.

Other refunds

Beyond the 30-day guarantee, refunds may still be available where the law requires — for example if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. Cancellations that are not refund requests simply keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
