Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms govern your use of Stage Flow. Please read them alongside our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Stage Flow ("Stage Flow", "we", "us"), the operator of the Stage Flow lesson-planning service at this website. By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the service on behalf of a school or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. What Stage Flow does

Stage Flow is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate editable lesson plans, schemes of work and supporting activities for Drama, Musical Theatre and LAMDA teachers. Depending on your plan, features include AI lesson generation, an activity library, saved lessons and printable or PDF lesson plans.

The service is provided on the plan you select (Free, Teacher Pro or Teacher Plus). Plan features and monthly generation allowances are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has gained access to your account.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Stage Flow. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Attempt to defraud us, other users or our payment provider, or send spam or phishing through the service.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, scraping, or bypassing plan limits or technical restrictions.

• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, resell it, or redistribute generated content as a competing product.

5. Use of AI-generated content

Lesson plans and other content generated by Stage Flow are produced by artificial intelligence. Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular class — you are responsible for reviewing, adapting and supervising everything you take from the service before using it with students, and for meeting your professional and safeguarding obligations as a teacher.

You are responsible for the prompts you enter and for having the rights to any material you provide. You must not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, explicit or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to generate content that is inappropriate for children.

You keep ownership of what you input. You may use, adapt and share the lesson plans you generate for your own teaching purposes. We retain ownership of the Stage Flow service itself, including its software, prompts, templates, design and branding, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

If you believe content available through the service infringes your rights, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, remove or restrict the content. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend or close accounts where these rules are repeatedly or seriously breached.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; switching plans takes effect immediately and is pro-rated.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

7. Service availability

We work to keep Stage Flow available and accurate, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will always meet your expectations. The service may be updated, changed or discontinued over time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously breach our acceptable-use rules. Where practical, we will tell you beforehand or promptly afterwards.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. When access ends, your saved lessons and account data are handled as described in our Privacy Notice; you may export lesson content you need before closing your account.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage Flow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, and continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
